Image and video shows semi rigid/movable plastic / fabric- the item I received is HARD plastic and DOES NOT allow for the natural curve of the thoracic spine. Additionally, it does not provide lumbar support as it deviates from the pelvic curve if worn lower. I purchased a large owing to Asian sizing- but even then the structure is inadequate. Image is misleading from the item received. Low quality materials. Does not bend at appropriate joints.
