Fail. Waste of time. Seller is either incompetent or shady. Sent me a long, sad message about how my item was damaged and then asked *ME* to cancel the order - which eBay does not allow the buyer to do!
The seller should have simply and quickly just cancelled and refunded. Other sellers do this and it minimises the inconvenience. Does this seller really not know how to use eBay? Or does seller just try to distract buyer with excuses and apologies and then keep the money?
