This is one the best eBay sellers that I've bought from. The price was awesome - about 1/3 of what it was on other sites. The product arrived at my front door in two doors. There was one small problem which the seller quickly resolved. This was sold as "new, open box" and the seat-height adjustment bolt was missing. The seller apologized and quickly sent me a replacement bolt. All the things considered; I'd rather wait a few extra days for a missing part to arrive if I can save over $100.

However, I would be wary about asking this seller direct questions about the item, as you may not get a truthful response. I asked them about the packaging because it was the main reason I bought the item, and the seller described it as being exactly what I wanted, but when the item arrived the packaging was literally blank.
