I'm loving my jawbone... Its keeping me responsible about my diet and sleeping. I know this is an older model bit sometimes it is inconvient to have to plug it in every time I want to update my information. The reason I gave it a 4-star is because every other time I plug it in, the app can't detect it and I have to sit there unplugging it and plugging it back in. But other than that its a great product and I would be willing to purchase it again (maybe a newer model though)

I was really excited about getting the device and worked great for a couple of days a then it stopped syncing with my walking steps I was taking it was not staying in sync after that.. I just got aggravated and put it in the drawer. I tried to reset it as it said on the computer instructions and the alarm never worked when I set it up I was just very disappointed about the product but on the other hand I was excited that I had something like this on the market.

I got the band charged it and the next morning it was dead. Figured I would try it again charged it at night and it died half way through the day tried it 2 more times and same result everytime. Horrible product I bought the same band from someone else it actually came in its package and worked till I snapped it in half.

Well it charges very well, however this part is still being sold despite the jawbone no longer a usable device. It charges an item that has no use, even when charged. Manufacturer no longer supports this product, please do not buy any item/part associated with device.
