It's really good and fast in constant winds above 10 mph. It's also quiet. Make sure that each bridles are free from each other and your lines are untwisted before your first use. Mine needed to be sorted out. It can be difficult to recover in flight if to close to the edge of the flying window, it can twist on itself and fall, but it won't break. It's a good 2 line kite for beginners.

i really like this kite. it has no parts to break, packs up small and handles beautifully. it’s not quite as fast or nimble as my dual line kites with frames...but the compact packed size and lack of breakable parts makes up for it. the pull is mild - medium...it won’t even begin to drag my 200lbs down the beach. mine has taken some hard crashes and came out unscathed. it really takes close to 10mph winds to get this kite flying. the typical light gusts of inland new england usually just amount to frustration. beaches seem to be the most reliable places to fly. the only couple issues i noticed are getting sand out of the cells is very difficult and the lack of a 2nd winder. i learned the hard way not to wrap both lines together.
