    Alternator Tractor for Chevy 10SI 1-Wire One Wire 2 Groove Pulley 63 Amp 12 V received quickly and packaged well. Installed this on my 1951 Ferguson TO20 tractor and it fit perfectly and now my battery stays charged as it should. Voltage output from the alternator on my tractor with this new alternator varies from 13.5 to 14.5VDC depending on engine RPM. No need to connect the voltage regulator "exciter" wire anymore. Just the one wire back to the (+) battery is all that is needed!

    Not a 1 wire self exciting alternator as advertised

    This one wire alternator takes a 3 wire hookup to work. Seller does not help with info. Put it on a tractor, 1948 allis chambers. When 1 wire hookup didn't charge. Seller said they need more info. Vin number, model, and make. I told them it's on a tractor. Again they wanted the same info. Used internet for 3 wire hookup. Now it works. Frustrating.
