Greatest hits... again...
I really don't know how to grade this collection... The music is 100% great. And if you don't have an Elvis collection before I'd say "buy it". If your a fan, but not a collector, I'd say "don't buy it". To all you collectors (as am I), you know you have to have it :-). The songs are truly great, noone can argue with that. But, again (as I have reviewed before on Elvis' compilations) the songs are the same as on any other greatest hits collection with Elvis. And there are hundreds of them. Believe me, I know, I have hundreds of them. However, I can't give it less than "good". You know, it's Elvis, it's great...I really don't know how to grade this collection... The music is 100% great. Elvis Throughout his Career
In this compilation of Elvis songs and tracks, every stage of his career is covered. You can hear the growth in both his music and his voice, see the change in his choices of music to sing and hear the difference in the background of music. I particularly enjoy this entire compilation because almost every song of his that I loved so much at the time is available. I would have liked to see a couple of songs from his last album also showcased, but I do have those on other CDs. Altogether I am happy with this set and the purchase.In this compilation of Elvis songs and tracks, every stage of his career is covered.
