These rollers are not stone rollers. They are the same as standard rollers but with black stripes instead of the usual yellow. Stone rollers have a much stiffer nap/bristle than the standard rollers. The difference is immediately obvious when you touch them.
I have not sought to return these rollers. It's not worth it for a $20 item and the price is about the same as standard Karcher (yellow stripe) rollers so fair value anyway.
