The sensitivity is so good, I can see my footprints left on a cold floor and where the dog was lying half an hour ago. I can see hot water pipes in the walls/ceilings. Also missing insulation batts. Automatic temperature labels on POIs in the view allow quick readings of people's temperatures or stovetop temperatures. I've even seen rodents skulking around at night.

Also a great way to see what's consuming power, even when it's "not running". There were a few things that were running, and I didn't realize how hot they were (using a thermal camera), and a few things I didn't realize they were using power (a couple USB hubs)... but they showed up bright on the thermal sensor.
