The package shipped to me quickly and was packaged nicely. The headset appeared to be in almost new condition. Unfortunately the headset did not power on. They accepted my return. I am still waiting for the package to be delivered to continue the process for refund however, they were honest and accepted the return even though it goes against their normal policy.
