This seller went out of her way to meet my shipping concerns so that opening my arrived purchase was like a 2nd gift (in addition to my wonderful item!): The gift of care, of responsiveness & respect for her customers' concerns. Not only did she ship my book in a box (my request, and I know it costs more), she nicely wrapped it first in tissue paper, then voluntarily added the extra protection of several rounds of bubblewrap, THEN stuffing to keep the book from moving/crushing during shipping!
