Santa as described. Cost of shipping good, and shipped fast. however expected better packaging. it shipped in a thin cardboard box. Box arrived torn / punctured. the Santa was not wrapped in plastic but red tissue paper. The dye could have run all over him. Midwest winters = snow. Luckily the post office placed the box on top of another box, instead of directly on the snowy doorstep. Very lucky it survived. Not a cheap item, geez. Gave positive feedback, but would hope for better packaging.

we are very sorry to hear that but the item was wrapped in a plastic bag to keep out the weather, two layers of bubble wrap and then packed with paper. unless the item was inspected by the carrier that is how it should have arrived . Unfortunately we are unable to control that aspect of the experience.
