I’d waited over three weeks before contacting them to advise them of the non-arrival to allow for ample postage time, and virtually immediately they issued a refund without my even having to ask. Five stars is definitely warranted. I would not hesitate to shop here again! Thank you so much for your promptness in reply and addressing the issue so superbly.

Contacted the seller about the packaging and suggested maybe a padded envelope or a couple of pieces of stiff cardboard may offer better protection. Seller said they would pass information on to relevant staff. I doubt I will purchase from this seller again.
