The items came pretty quickly but I’m not sure what step 3 is. The description says it’s a conditioning masque but I’ve used Brazilian Blowout before and the masque is a thick creamy conditioner. This liquid is thin and separated. The picture shows a bottle of ionic spray…which is probably what this is. I have no idea how to use it though. The products did not come with directions and the directions on the listing are for the masque. So I’m going to have to do some research before using these.

I got a hair straightening kit. But this is not what I expected to get at all! Step 1 it should be a shampoo, but in fact it looks like a regular shampoo heavily diluted with water or similar to a facial cleanser, and the smell is with a strange herbal fragrance. Step 3 should be a hair mask, but in fact it is a very liquid consistency that does not look like a hair mask.
