    I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. Both of the two rope lights that I purchased were defective: the large majority of the lengths did not light at all. I went back and forth with the seller to no avail. he indicated that he escalated the matter to eBay ... but I have heard nothing, despite follow-up messages. Essentially, these items were very poorly packaged and they did not survive the trip. I asked for a refund, even a partial refund, and got nothing.
