This item was clearly stated as USED, however, the photos didn't capture the extent of stains within the backpack or some of the marks on the outside of it. I think it's possible there were two listings for this item. Based on that I chose the one that appeared to be (by pictures) to be in better condition. I will try a stain stick to remove the inside stains.
