Zum Inhalt: Mark Whitacre schneidet heimlich ein Meeting seiner Chefs, die illegale Preisabsprachen vereinbaren. Weitere Meetings folgen und stets hat Whitacre sein Aufnahmegerät dabei, das er vom FBI erhalten hat. Er ist überzeugt, dass die Aufnahmen ihn zum amerikanischen Helden machen werden. Aber da lief etwas falsch! Matt Damon spielt die Rolle wirklich meisterhaft. Doch das ist leider auch das einzige Highlight des Films. Er zieht sich elendig von einem langweiligen Dialog zum nächsten.
