I purchased the Queen size KOO Jessie Velvet Comforter in Salt Pink. The item was missing a pillow case (should have contained two). I contacted Spotlight directly quoting the order number listed on the invoice that came with the item as I did not receive a response when contacting the seller through eBay (Note: order number was different to the eBay order number so make sure you use the Spotlight invoice number). They sent me a replacement so was very happy in the end. Item exactly as described
