Baujahr 2017-06 (!!!!), siehe Foto. Nachdem ich diesen teuren Akku in meinen DELL-Laptop eingebaut habe, nur Bluescreen! Erst nach 1/2 Std Aufladen, lies sich der Laptop starten, der Akku hatte dann jedoch nur 7% (!!!) Ladung. Der Akku stand offensichtlich durch ZU LANGE LAGERZEIT kurz vor einer TIEFENTLADUNG! (Das wäre für den Akku ein Todesurteil). Bei dem Preis kann man eigentlich ein neuwertiges Produkt erwarten!

Gerne kann in solchen Fällen immer unser Kundenservice kontaktiert werden. Grundsätzlich drehen sich alle Akkus sehr schnell in unserm Lager. Wenn aktuelle Akkus verfügbar sind verwenden wir diese auch. Ersatzteile von Notebooks werden produziert, solange das Notebook selbst produziert wird. Läuft die Produktion eines Notebookmodell aus, werden üblicherweise auch die Ersatzteile nicht mehr neu hergestellt. Die Akkus sind nach Abverkauf End of Life, nicht mehr bestellbar.
