Received solicitation from 'DHL' advising of duty fees, odd, since this item is duty-free, under Free Trade Agreements insistently re-negotiated by a former President of the United States. Did not pay, will not pay, strongly suspect a scam. Item arrived at destination May 27. Item arrived well-packed and exactly as described. Item lading bills make no mention whatsoever to any handling, as courier or border broker for this transaction, by 'DHL'.
