Even though the original box was completely destroyed from having been shipped multiple times, prior to my purchase (old shipping labels covered), and it was sticking out of the box a good bit, with fist sized holes in the box, the product arrived in excellent condition, a testamentto its sturdiness considering the packaging condition, except for it missing one of the adjustment knobs, and a damaged decal. I'll contact the manufacturer and request a replacement knob and decal.
