The item was as advertised and as portrayed in the photos. I commend the seller for taking this new item out of the package for most of the photos. This helped me chose this item. I have seen many new items photographed only through the cellophane on the box and it always makes me wonder what is hidden on the other side. It did take 12 days to arrive but this was not the fault of the seller. It was shipped promptly. There were weather delays due to the postal service. You still get 5 stars.
