Got the item, but sadly it was faulty.
The seller provided a refund.
For any business sometimes receiving a faulty product could potentially happen. When I received the item after 3 days of use the product started sparking resulting in my fuse boxes having to turn off as a safety precaution. I have issued a complaint to the seller with pictures and reasons why I couldn’t return it. The seller was understanding and issued me a refund. After a few days from the complaint I have received a refund.
