    The Gruffalo DVD

    My daughter (3 )absolutely loves this DVD and watches it again and again. It features the stage version of the Gruffalo which has been a big success in theatres all over the country, and indeed across the world. Its alot of fun, the music is great and its a refreshing change from the usual animated kids stuff. My daughter took this into nursery at Xmas for her friends to watch and it has caused 'gruffalo mania'! The constant 'gruffalo shows' the children now produce is testament to just how much lasting enjoyment they have got from it. Am now buying copies for friends children!!! (Go and see the show live too, they'll love it!)Fantastic for kids 3 - 6, but else everyone will enjoy it too.

    The Gruffalo

    I took my 3 year old grandaughter to see the show of this DVD, which she loved. It is a lovely adaptation by three actors of the famous children's book. Since receiving the DVD she has watched it many times, so it obviously has great appeal to children in a 2-8 age group. The only drawback I could see was too many audience reaction shots, which gets away from the action too much.

    The Gruffalo (DVD 2004)

    This is a fantasy delight for all the fans of the Gruffalo books. We bought it because my grandchildren saw the live show at Lancaster Grand Theatre and loved it. They can now take part in their own sitting room and learn all the songs.

    absolute favourite already after only a few days.I wasn't sure how the book would adapt as I had not seen the stage show, but my pre school kids have watched it 4 times in the 2 days we have had it.well worth a watch! I enjoyed it too
