I absolutely love my new bag! I had been looking for a quality, structured leather backpack for a trip I'm going on and everything seemed so expensive until I came across this one. The item has a chip in the glass. The seller has not sent a label so I can return the item I sent her a picture of the chip on the glass and a copy of the box. I would not recommend this seller. I will never order from the seller again. This issue was sent to the seller as soon as I open up the box on February 27, 28.
