i contacted seller as they sent the wrong colour and received a reply that as i had opened the bottle, they would not rectify their mistake. the bottle was badly labelled and as i could not clearly read the colour name i opened before realising that it was light blonde instead of light brown - it was the sellers mistake sending wrong product with faint labelling. i did not and cannot use it as i have brown hair and the fibres are very light whitish.

The customer received wrong tone and we were happy to replace it with the ordered one. However, the customer opened the bottle and removed the seal, so it became impossible for us to accept the return. The customer blames the label (it is NOT faint, but proper TOPPIK brand label of a light blonde colour) and seller but doesn't accept she did something wrong herself. Try to return an open cartridge to the shop or an open bottle with tablets. Labels are there to be read, not for decoration.

Am ‘happy’ with the price and quick turn around but the delivery service leaves a lot to be desired !! To throw a parcel over the front gate from 3 mitres away because my dog was barking just isn’t good enough !!
