Item was shipped quickly and well-packaged. Some elements were a little worse than described or pictured. Specifically, Game Manual was damaged, but I plan to print out an updated rulebook anyway, and 5 pieces were missing overall from the game, but that's out of over 800 in the game -- and none of the missing 5 were crucial (i.e., they were all "one of many" that were all the same). I can't really complain for the price that was offered.
