Seller was very helpful when the delivery was sent to the wrong house and filed a claim immediately with Fed-Ex and communicated with me as she worked to resolve the issue. There was a typo on the house # and that's why it was delivered to the wrong house. My neighbor brought it over and the issue was resolved. Other than the rug being very dirty and the binding needing a small repair I am happy with my purchase!
