Shipped promptly, and extremely well packaged. The pounce pot is exactly as described. Actually it’s better than I expected: larger and heavier, with a little remnant black writing sand for authenticity. I believe what was described as a chip in the bottom might just be an original glassmaking flaw. While cleaning it I realized the cap is silver plate over copper rather than brass, so a little more elevated though I will touch up the plating. A pleasure doing business with the seller!!
