Agreed to the sale for $160, was told it would be sent via TNT. Made the payment, seller switches the courier to Sendle. When I emailed them about it, they lied telling me that Sendle jobs can’t be cancelled once booked. I directed them to contradicting information on the Sendle website stating that it can be cancelled up to the time it is picked up. They then proceeded to cancel and refund the order when called out for giving incorrect info. Will never deal with again.
