The item I ordered, marketed as wooden, turned out to be covered in plastic, exposing its inferior quality upon arrival. Despite following the proper return procedure on eBay, the seller tried to pressure me into closing the return for a partial refund, contrary to platform guidelines. they insisted I pay for return postage. I eventually received a return label and sent back the item, the seller has yet to issue a refund. This behavior is unethical and may even be illegal. Report to ebay

The belt arrived in a vaccuum sealed flat pack and it has left some creases but hopefully this will even out with wear. Also, the brown colour was slightly darker than advertised. I contacted the seller and they were really good with communication. they even offered a partial or full refund because of the perceived colour difference but I have decided not to do anything and will be keeping the belt. Thank you for being patient with my queries.
