Some people think they should give a Negative response to sellers who never get the item they bid on, win and pay. There are a lot of circumstances why this happens. There is ppl on Ebay that will tell you, you didn't win, and you clearly see you have. I got my refund and I'm happy with that. I just hope the community don't give up on the startup Ebayers. It is a learning curve, and it does take time.
