Extremely impressed!! The unit arrived in the original box with all original packing and materials. The NAS was even wrapped in the original, white filmy anti-scratch wrapping. The NAS itself looked like a brand new model. If it weren't for the outside shipping box, I'd think this was a brand new unit shipped directly from Synology. Well done! I'd buy from this guy again in a heartbeat.
