Good workouts
I like working out with this exercise dvd. The workouts are done with two other instructors-one to modify for us slower people and one instructor for a more advance routine. You can either just do one 30 minute exercise or you can jump to another session for another 30 minutes.

Great variety....
Jessica Smith is great! Her workouts are doable, yet are challenging enough to make me sweat. Some of the workouts on this set are easier (like Cardio Party, mild sweat), and some are quite a bit harder (like Interval Mix, kicked my butt!). I love that they are only 30 minutes, and the time goes by SO quickly, I actually enjoy my workouts with her, which I haven't been able to say with other DVD's I've purchased. I think it helps that she has lots of variety, constantly mixing things up which keeps you engaged. Also, she has the right mix of encouragement without being annoying. The price I paid here was WAY less than the $58.88 that Amazon was asking! The best thing however is that I feel better after working out with her, and haven't ended up injuring myself as I have with some other ... Jessica Smith is great! Challenge yourself with variety
I bought this hoping to change up my workouts to lose my last five pounds. It's too soon to know if it'll help with the weight-loss goal, but my body can tell it's being challenge with new workouts!
