The boxes were not in "good condition", I'd say fair at best because they are a good bit scruffier than appears on the pictures though that doesn't stop them working. Only one key for top box and another for both panniers. It didnt specify how many were to be supplied. It took a while to locate them because the courier left in the common hallway when I was not home and a neighbour put them into her garage, then she went off on holiday, so, I only saw them for the first time today!
