Sadly, when she grabbed the sweatshirt from the storage location, she found a new hole was there and asked me if I wanted a refund and I replied only if the hole was bigger than a dime. I guess it was bigger than a dime cuz it got refunded

I accepted the buyers $2.50 offer for my Volcom jacket. I did not notice the small hole on the seam, under the hood, until packaging the item. I immediately messaged the buyer & gave her an option to refund, because I could not discount, the already discounted merchandise. She requested I refund, if the hole was larger than a dime, so I refunded the sale. Then, I immediately informed her of the refund, which she requested, & I stated the hole was “slightly larger”, so refund was issued.
