The phone arrived late, but that was entirely USPS fault (furthermore, the box had a hole in it when it arrived - USPS sucks!). The phone was listed as used and unlocked, but what I received seemed to be brand new (it was used, just in extremely good condition) which is great! The phone however, was unlocked and after communicating with the seller… they were going to send me another one at no cost, but they found the unlock code and I was able to unlock it. 10/10 Seller, highly recommend! :)

I received this item and a week later went to set it up and it gave me a blue screen error and shut down refusing to turn back on and I contacted the seller to get a return label asking if they wanted it back and explained the situation. I needed this for work after all and they immediately sent out a replacement. I have no idea what to do with the one that didn't work will try to return it if it can be fixed that would be great but sending a replacement out was amazing on the sellers part TY
