Seller sent the wrong item and won't offer assistance in resolving the problem. The item I received has a different placard than what is pictured in his listing. I contacted the seller three times, and now ten days later, the seller will not correspond to offer a solution for a return or refund. Stay away from this seller. He/she cannot be trusted to help you if you do not get what you ordered. I've been buying and selling on ebay for over 20 years and never encountered a seller this bad.

"Cautiously optimistic"... First the good: The product is beautiful to look at and I can't wait to use it... Secondly, it came a lot faster than I expected and was wrapped very nicely and protected inside. Kudos to the seller. The bad: The product is from Australia and he neglected to mention it will not fit an American plug without an adapter (which was not included and I had to purchase from Amazon for an additional $7.99 + a two-day wait. So right now, no idea If it works.
