This is my first Bernina and it is SOLID. I'm excited to start using it, but I'll say the FedEx driver gave it quite a workout by tossing the heavy box onto my porch and making it (and my heart) rattle. However, it was well-padded inside the shipping box so all is well. Everything's included, the machine works, and this is a great deal from a great seller. Thank you!
