They show stock when they don't have it then don't refund until you ask where it is. Worst communications in any business I've encountered. A massive surprise how they still operate. Either you get the item in a few days or not at all. For a while I thought it might have been a scam to hold funds for a period of time. They might have spent all their money on marketing instead of sorting out their B2B processes.
