Great seller, good communication! The seller packaged these items incredibly well but even with great packaging the shippers managed to treat the package like a rugby ball causing one of the handles to break. When I messaged with this issue I received a response quickly with a solution. Even though it wasn’t his fault the seller offered to give a partial refund. Would definitely buy from him again.
