iPad 9th Gen 256 GB arrived as described and on time. Item seemed to have a technical issue about 50 days after receipt which was outside of the 30-day return window for both the seller and EBay. I contacted seller and they offerred a refund of half the purchase price. This seems reasonable given the circumstances and may have been comparable to the repair cost although I didn’t get an estimate. Fortunately when I updated the iOS software, the issue resolved, so I didn’t have to hassle with it.
