Eventually I agreed to a larger partial refund of $20 because they claimed to be a struggling small business. Then they asked for order # to ‘verify’. Once provided, they went back to suggesting a replacement product instead. I asked for the agreed refund, so they asked for order # again to ‘verify’ again. Nearly 2 months since purchase, 23 messages, no refund :-(
