I contacted the seller the day after we received the Wii. It would not read the game disks - kept spitting them out. Did a little research and the symptoms are a very dirty unit inside. The seller was very defensive. The worst packing job ever! Nothing individually wrapped - everything loose and rattling around in a oversized shipping box. We got it to work one time using a trick on the internet - but that was it. I will not work again. Seller will not replace the unit.
