If there was a rating somewhere between positive and neutral, that’s what I would have given this. Positive: shirt is in nice, used condition and it was purchased inexpensively. Negatives: shirt was rolled or wadded into a rather tight ball and shoved into a very small plastic mailer bag. Although that insulted me a bit, I accepted it as “you get what you pay for”.
