Il venditore ha lasciato a me l'onere di diagnosticare il prodotto, si evidenziano i graffi ma non si vede bene chel a batteria manca e quella inserita e' al 38%, non si vede che la seconda ssd non si puo' utilizzare e questa e' una peculiarita' specifica di questo computer, Fatto notare, danno la colpa a me non ho guardato bene e che non ho fatto domande, questo e' il modo di vendere? Pago sempre subito e mi aspetto anche cortesia. Se pongo una lamentela mi aspetto soluzioni non scaricabarile

Buyer bought item. Did not read auction. Claims the pictures of actual item was misleading because second battery slot has a cover. Demanded an extra battery and second hard drive caddy that was not included in auction. Screen was told in description has scratches and several pictures were taken to show. Seller did return product but was unhappy we explained everything that was in the description as labeled correct.

One complaint: OEM box got my hopes up that I was receiving a Gen 3 but turns out it was a Gen 1.
ThinkPad arrived in perfect condition. With a “Used” laptop I was expecting more nicks and scratches but this arrived in near mint condition. Will be buying from this seller again in the future.
