Purchased 3 items and received promptly however one item was received in a broken state Contacted seller who responded by saying item was checked prior to sending. Items were in individual boxes wrapped in a flimsy bag only. There was no apparent physical damage to the packaging despite this. This indicates the item was NOT in working order when sent. Seller responded with an offer of a 30% refund. For me I'd lose 70% of the price and then have to pay full price to purchase new item. Poor.
