Seller informs that courier list item and they have sent replacement. Lost item arrived broken. Seller offers 20% discount but did not send replacement, now refusing because says their supplier put inferior packaging and courier broke it, so not their fault. I reported them to eBay and purchased same item from different listing and seller ID. Supposed to be Australia Post delivery. Different seller is actually same seller and uses the original courier that broke the first item. Trying to cancel

When you doing business in Australia we speak English here. Will cost you more money to get someone to install a plug.. DONT BUY from this seller.
