This bowl didn’t work on my Thermomix. When I contacted the seller, he questioned me by telling me that he did not understand why I bought a new bowl if my old one was working. I returned the bowl. The seller threatened to sue me if I tried to be sneaky and send my old bowl instead of sending theirs. He finally received it, and now is saying he won’t refund the shipping costs when he promised to verbally and on the eBay object description because the bowl isn’t defective. Beware of this seller!

We had written to the customer that we would only cover the return shipping costs if the new pot was come back to us and he has really defective! However, since the pot works and the customer's device apparently has another defect, we cannot of course cover the return shipping costs because it is not our fault that the customer's device does not work. This customer distorts the facts and turns everything the way he needs it. And we sellers are, as always, the bad guys... it's clear...

Conforme à l'annonce. Etat de l'emballage parfait sans trace de choc ou de déformation De plus, le produit en lui-même correspond à mes attentes. Seuls les frais de livraison sont...comment dire...exagérés, ceux-ci représentent presque le tiers (~30%) du prix de la commande totale !! Deux produits commandés, livrés en un paquet unique...et deux frais de livraison facturés pour un seul envoi physique !! C'est assez "cavalier".
