The product has been awesome so far. We haven't had it for very long, but the only cons so far is that it doesn't clip on to anything - has to be free standing, or screwed to something. And it can't pan downwards - only upwards - but you can get around that by hanging it upside down. It does have a lot of features, so does take a while to figure everything out. Great video/image quality. Great battery life (so far). Great sound. All the pros well outweigh the cons at this point :)
